Candidate Address Card

Candidate address cards show each candidate's individual examination number. Candidates should retain these cards for future reference. The address shown will be that supplied by the candidate on the application form.  If this is the address to which the examination results should be sent, the address card need not be returned to Qualifications Scotland. 

However, where there is a change of address, this should be noted on the card which should then be returned to either your college or the MCA administration team at Qualifications Scotland (address below). Other necessary changes to the candidate details may be made at this time. Cards should be returned to Qualifications Scotland within three weeks of the date of examinations.  Candidates who fail to do this and request a change after the issue of results will be charged for replacement results.
